Process and validate customer orders in SAP R3 ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
Coordinate with sales, logistics and finance teams to resolve order or delivery issues
Ensure compliance with export regulations and prepare required export documentation; communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays and shipments
Arrange global transportation in close collaboration with our distribution centre
Monitor and track international shipments to ensure safe and on‑time arrival
Support return processing and generate necessary documentation
Contribute to departmental projects and maintain up‑to‑date process documentation

More about you

Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
3 years of experience in order management and export
Strong knowledge of export regulations and documentation
Proficient in SAP (Order‑to‑Cash, returns, logistics) and Microsoft Office
Fluent in German (B2 or higher) and good English skills (B1 or higher)
Strong sense of responsibility, urgency and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay focused under pressure

Nice to have

Certification in foreign trade or dangerous goods (IATA)
Experience in an international company
Additional languages such as Spanish or French
