Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Assure all warehouse equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner. 

• Carry out assignments accurately and in the most efficient and safe manner possible. 

• Ability to make decisions within scope of responsibility. 

• Ability to communicate with Supervisors in order to increase accuracy 

Additional Responsibilities

• Provides training, direction and guidance to Warehouse staff 

Qualifications:

Organization 

• Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

• Production 

Professional Experience and Education 

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred. 

Specific skills and knowledge 

• Minimum of 4-5 years in warehouse or distribution environment. 

• Ability to prioritize assignments and complete on time. 

• Writing and verbal skills must be able to read, write and speak local language fluently. 

• Able to provide direction to workforce and to communicate warehouse rules and procedures. 

• Able to work any shift as required by the changing workloads or the specific needs of the company. 

• Able to lift up to 50 lb. 

• Able to operate a fork truck/pallet jack (electric or manual). 

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail. 

• Basic computer and math skills. 

• Experience with RF and bar-coding and various warehouse management systems. 

• Work experience with SAP WMS is a must.
