We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Order Management & Logistics Lead to oversee all aspects of sales order processing, import/export logistics, and distribution operations. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong operational experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and the ability to manage complex international shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales order processing and logistics team, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Oversee import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations (ATR/IATA) and customs requirements.
• Implement and maintain standard procedures for order entry, shipment scheduling, and inventory allocation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams to align order fulfillment with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Resolve order-related issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track key performance indicators for order management and logistics operations.
• Support ERP system use and optimisation (experience with NetSuite is a plus but not required).
• Manage reclamations, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions for process improvements.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for serialised assets, extended warranties, and service plans.

Professional Qualifications

• Completed general education; formal training in office administration or logistics preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations with direct responsibility for order fulfillment or distribution results.
• 4-5 years' experience in an office environment focusing on order entry, ERP systems, and operational coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP, MRP, and finance systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, including risk management and process optimisation.
• Fluent in English and German , both written and spoken.
• Independent, dependable, and effective team leader with strong business and technical understanding.
