Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d) – Location: Paderborn

Full-time or part-time (with the option to increase hours)

What we need you for

You’re excited about making sure our customers receive our products reliably all around the world? Perfect! With us, you can:

• take on the entire order processing workflow through invoicing
• manage international shipping and logistics
• work closely with a strong, motivated team—across departments and as equals
• take on responsibility and grow in your role

Sounds like you? Then we’re missing you!

• Experience in a commercial/administrative field
• Team spirit, commitment, and a customer‑oriented way of working
• An independent, reliable, and well‑structured work style
• Good German and English skills
• Enjoyment of modern IT and digital tools

A plus, but not required

• Previous experience in order processing, shipping/export control
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as Salesforce
