We’re building the team for the TUM Business Game 2027 - a large-scale, student-led event connecting ambitious students with leading companies—and we’re looking for people who want real responsibility, not just a line on their CV.

This is a volunteer role within a non-profit student initiative.

We are currently recruiting for our Operations & Strategy Department

About the Department

This team ensures that everything runs smoothly - before, during, and after the event. From logistics and supplier coordination to cross-team execution, you are responsible for turning plans into reality and making the event happen on the ground.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute the operational strategy and logistics for the event
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth collaboration and execution
• Manage timelines, workflows, and operational processes
• Work with external suppliers, partners, and service providers
• Oversee event setup, live operations, and breakdown
• Handle procurement, budgeting, and cost optimisation
• Solve problems in real time and ensure everything runs according to plan

What We’re Looking For

• You are currently a student (at any university) and based in Munich
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Structured, proactive, and reliable working style
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make decisions
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Interest in operations, logistics, or project management
• Ownership mindset and attention to detail
