About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Outbound Supervisor
to lead daily warehouse operations, coordinate team activities, and ensure smooth workflow across different operational groups. In this role, you will play a key role in staff management, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service quality.

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily outbound warehouse operations, including goods delivering, quality checks, and picking processes.

2. Coordinate staff schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet volume demands.

3. Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse operatives to ensure consistent performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.

4.Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.

5.Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and delays.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  3+ years in warehouse or logistics operations, with experience in team supervision or operational coordination preferred.
• Languages:
  Proficiency in English & German (both written and spoken).
• Leadership & Communication:
  Strong team management, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Problem-Solving:
  Ability to quickly identify issues, implement solutions, and maintain smooth operations.
• Attention to Detail:
  Meticulous in monitoring processes, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Proactive & Collaborative:
  Able to work closely with multiple teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
