Job Description

  • You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in Germany.
  • Additionally, you will identify and target potential clients within the logistics and supply chain sectors, using market research to tailor solutions.
  • In this role, you will build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent service and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • You will prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, as well as conduct contract negotiations, securing favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
  • Your responsibilities will include monitoring market trends, providing regular sales forecasts and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in field service, preferably in global freight forwarding.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Deep understanding of the logistics and transportation market in Germany, including key players, trends, and regulations.
  • Business fluency in English and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, enabling identification of client needs and provision of tailored solutions while working independently with high initiative and drive.
