Packaging Engineer (PowerShell)

YOUR ROLE

You will be part of the infrastructure team to assist them in the configuration, maintenance in a Microsoft environment. You will work closely also of the Packaging team for assembling, packing, and labeling products in accordance with company standards :

• Prepare and package products according to specifications.
• Label and seal packages accurately.
• Provide end-user support for Windows-related issues, including software installations, access rights, and connectivity problems due to the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
• Support Group Policy administration under the guidance of senior staff.
• Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and incident resolutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• University Degree in Information Technology with at least 5 years of experience in an Operations Engineers Team;
• Proven experience in a Windows System Administration.
• Strong knowledge of scripting with PowerShell.
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver.
• Strong team spirit and customer-oriented mindset;
• Fluency in English and a good command in French.
