As Packaging Procurement Specialist, you will be working in the Packaging Operations Team based in our centrally located Berlin office.
Your Key Responsibilities :

Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records using the Hive App and data analysis tools.
Creating and updating purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Implementing best practices for inventory control, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.
Analyzing inventory turnover rates and developing strategies to minimize excess stock while meeting customer demand.
Handling customer queries and resolving issues to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Managing multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
Developing and maintaining a visibility board with key performance indicators and other operational metrics to support continuous improvement.
Gaining a thorough understanding of manufacturing capabilities, customer requirements, product lines, sales programs, and competitive landscape.
Identifying and onboarding preferred suppliers that meet technical and operational requirements.
Collaborating with the Growth team to support sales and margin development through effective supplier and stakeholder engagement.
Documenting procurement processes and sharing knowledge across relevant teams.

Excited to contribute to the growth of a VC-backed startup and help transform the logistics industry.
Bring an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
Curious about e-commerce operations and motivated to deeply understand customer challenges.
Have at least 1 year of professional experience in supply chain, buying, procurement, or e-commerce.
Communicate effectively and collaborate confidently with both internal teams and external partners.
Enjoy operational work and thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments—no hesitation to get hands dirty.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to plan ahead and manage priorities in a dynamic setting.
Proactive about documenting processes and sharing insights with the team.
Comfortable using helpdesk tools like Zendesk.
Fluent in English (business level); proficiency in German, Italian, or French (C1 level) is a big plus.
