Paid Ads Content Creator

ReciMe is a recipe app revolutionizing how cooks organize, plan and shop their recipes. Our smart importing tool enables users to aggregate all their recipes in one platform within seconds – whether those recipes came from an Instagram video, recipe blog or grandma’s recipe box.

We’ve been a Top 10 app in the US App Store’s Food category for months and were recently featured on The Drew Barrymore Show.

We’re looking for a native German content creator who understands the German creator market and feels comfortable making cooking content! You’ll be responsible for scripting, filming, and editing high‑performing video ads for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. We need your creative direction to craft engaging, conversion‑driving content for ReciMe’s German audience.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to adapt content for each platform, test variations, and bring ad concepts to life. Your work will play a key role in improving engagement, driving conversions, and growing the brand.

What You’ll Do

• Research & Ideation: Stay on top of social media trends, competitor ads, and audience insights to develop fresh, high‑performing ad concepts.
• Scripting & Storyboarding: Write compelling scripts and outline visuals optimized for direct response marketing.
• Video Production & Editing: Edit engaging ad creatives tailored for different platforms.
• Content Strategy: Develop and refine ad creative strategies to align with business goals and audience preferences.
• Content Creation: You will be shooting content! Whether it’s cooking or talking to camera.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in performance marketing and social media ad creation (TikTok, Meta, YouTube) in both English and German.
• Bilingual in English and German.
• Proven ability to script, edit, and produce direct‑response video ads.
• Strong understanding of ad psychology and what drives clicks & conversions.
• Hands‑on experience with video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Ability to adapt to fast‑changing trends and create viral‑worthy ad creatives.
• A strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives that performed well.
