For our team in Frankfurt, we are looking for you in the role of

Paid Search Lead, you’ll be responsible for establishing and managing INNOCEAN Europe’s regional paid search capability. The role will initially focus on direct execution of campaigns across Google Ads, SA360, and Bing, while progressively building a paid search team. The position ensures effective performance delivery, supports the transition of paid search activities from agency to in-house, and secures the integration of search within the wider media framework.

What You’ll Do

• Strategically plan, execute, and continuously optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads, SA360, and Bing, including advanced formats like Performance Max and Demand Gen.
• Drive performance improvements in conversion rates, cost efficiency, and overall ROI across multiple European markets.
• Lead the transition of paid search operations from external agencies to an in-house model, establishing streamlined processes and governance frameworks.
• Build and manage a regional search team, taking ownership of recruitment, onboarding, and professional development as the team expands.
• Align paid search efforts with Innocean’s broader media and full-funnel strategies through close collaboration with central and local teams.
• Cultivate strong relationships with platform partners to stay ahead of industry trends and adopt new tools, features, and best practices early.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, and optimisation across all relevant markets.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in paid search, with a strong track record in campaign setup, optimisation, and performance reporting.
• In-depth, hands-on expertise with Google Ads, SA360, and Bing platforms.
• Proven success in driving conversion improvements and delivering measurable business impact.
• Prior experience in leading paid search in-housing transitions is a strong advantage.
• Skilled at navigating regional and multi-market environments with confidence and agility.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead a specialist team while maintaining high operational standards.
• Fluent in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
