Werde Teil unseres Teams als: Paid Social Manager (all gender) Standorte: Frankfurt* Du verantwortest Paid Social Media Kampagnen für unsere Kunden* Du erstellst Digital-Mediapläne für Paid Social Kampagnen und arbeitest eng mit dem Client Service bzw. AdOperations-Teams zusammen* Dabei bedienst du diverse Ads-Manager und DSPs (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Sprinklr etc.)* Du optimierst täglich laufende Kampagnen hinsichtlich definierter Zielsetzungen* Du erstellst Reportings und bereitest Kampagnenergebnisse auf, du analysierst diese Ergebnisse und die gewonnenen User Insights* Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Kundenteams Strategien, welche Plattformen, Formate und Zielsetzungen am besten mit den Zielen unserer Kunden übereinstimmen* Zusätzlich stehst du in Kontakt mit Vermarktern wie Meta, TikTok etc. und bleibst stetig auf dem Laufenden über aktuelle Trends* Als Senior entwickelst du zusätzlich Juniors und Trainees fachlich weiter und fungierst als Mentor* Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung im Bereich Digital Planung, Paid Social Media Marketing (gerne im Bereich Performance), Digital Media, Programmatic Buying, Real-Time-Bidding, SEA/SEO oder Ad-Serving, bestenfalls im Agenturumfeld* Du hast eine natürliche Affinität zur digitalen Welt und zu Technologie* Du besitzt ein Gespür für Trends und aktuelle gesellschaftliche Entwicklungen* Du magst es dich mit Themen tief im Detail zu beschäftigen und hast daher eine detailorientierte und ordentliche Arbeitsweise* Der Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen macht dir Spaß, insbesondere in Excel bist du fit* Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch**Contract Type :**Permanent**Here at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
