You possess a strong understanding of international accounting principles and German financial regulations. Your analytical skills are sharp, and you’re adept at managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. You are proficient in Excel, have a solid grasp of accounting knowledge (in and out), and are good at prompting. • Comprehensive Accounting Management: Handling all aspects of accounting including general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable with a strong understanding of both German and international accounting principles.
• Invoice Management: Expertly writing, processing and managing invoices for our German portfolio companies and other entities.
• Operational Cost Analysis: Accurately calculating and analyzing overall operational costs to support strategic financial planning.
• Financial Record‑Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date financial records for EX Venture and its German‑speaking entities.
• Reporting & Analysis: Preparing financial statements, reports and analyses to support management decision‑making and investor relations.
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations, including German tax laws, and assisting with audits.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Supporting the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
• German Stakeholder Communication: Liaising with German‑speaking partners, clients and authorities on financial matters.
