The Role

We're seeking a passionate and client-focused Part-Time Sales Associate (16 hours per week) to join our Bicester Village boutique. You will represent the Eleventy brand, delivering exceptional service and styling advice.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and engage clients, providing warm hospitality and personalised service.

• Offer styling advice and share brand knowledge to inspire clients.

• Drive individual and store sales by building strong client relationships.

• Support day-to-day operations, including stock management, merchandising, and fitting room assistance.

• Maintain high standards of visual presentation in line with Eleventy's luxury image.

• Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and store goals.

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally within fashion or luxury.

• Passion for style, Italian craftsmanship, and delivering memorable client experiences.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A results-driven mindset with attention to detail.

• A team player with a flexible and proactive approach.

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
