Position Overview

As a Commission-Based Technical Marketing Specialist, you will have complete flexibility in how you generate leads and bring in new clients. This role does not offer a base salary or hourly pay; instead, your income will be entirely based on the clients you successfully onboard. You can leverage any combination of cold calling, digital marketing, networking, or other methods to secure business for SecureNexa.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through various marketing and sales strategies.
• Promote SecureNexa’s cybersecurity solutions and services.
• Manage your outreach strategies independently and creatively to meet personal targets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
• Work closely with the SecureNexa team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Compensation & Commission Structure

• 10% Commission on every successful referral that results in a client onboarding.
• 15% Commission on sales exceeding €10,000 .
• This is a commission-only role with no base salary . Your earning potential depends entirely on your performance.

Training and Development Opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, marketing, or lead generation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage clients effectively.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in an independent environment.
• Willingness to employ diverse strategies to generate leads.
• Passion for learning and a keen interest in cybersecurity are a plus.

Legal Compliance for Germany

• As this is a commission-based role, you will be classified as a Freelancer ("Freiberufler" or "Selbstständiger") under German labor regulations.
• No employment benefits or social security contributions will be provided by SecureNexa. Contractors are responsible for their own tax and insurance obligations.
• A detailed commission agreement outlining the terms of payment, confidentiality, and contractual obligations will be provided upon engagement.
