As part of the Global Customer Services (GCS) department, the Partner Management Support Jr. Expert is responsible for collaborating with the external Service Desk provider (BPO) within the MMS EMEA scope. They serve as the primary point of contact to ensure effective partnership management and are responsible for developing and maintaining governance and training materials for knowledge management in cooperation with the BPO. This position can be either full time or part time based on need and individual agreement.
