We are looking for a Partner Manager to join a GAFA.

The Partner Manager will join a Credit Operations team within a leading global organization, focusing on credit payment products delivered in collaboration with external financial partners. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences while balancing day-to-day operational tasks and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, data-driven, and adept at managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Partner and Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate relationships with external financial partners and internal teams (, Product, Marketing, Legal, Customer Service).
Address technical or commercial escalations and align business objectives.
Project and Process Improvement:
Identify and resolve customer pain points through collaborative projects.
Propose solutions to optimize processes and develop performance metrics.
Drive automation and standardization to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with technical and non-technical teams to support the launch and evolution of payment products.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in program or project management.
Strong ability to use data and metrics to drive operational improvements.
Experience in end-to-end project delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.
Fluency in English (required).
