Partner Manager International Markets - (all genders)

Stellenbeschreibung:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our online shops in international markets with focus on the Benelux region.
  • Drive and push commercial growth and be responsible and accountable for sales and gross margin.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hardware partners to ensure mutual success and own the most significant enterprise accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends, performance data, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide hands‑on leadership with a proactive, problem‑solving approach.
  • Conduct regular presentations and meetings with internal and external stakeholders to communicate results, strategies, and opportunities.

Your Profile

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder and relationship management across diverse levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
  • Hands‑on and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful presentations and leading productive meetings.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch and German proficiency are an advantage.
