Partner Performance Analyst

Job Description 1.Conducting data analysis to drive efficiency improvements and improve logistics partner performance 2.Create standard reports and analysis to monitor delivery performance and quality 3.Work with the business and ad-hoc analysis and deep dives to understand root causes of inefficiencies 4.Support business stakeholders in analysis and deep dives to eleminate waste 5.Identification of operational issues, development of solutions, and promotion of cross-departmental implementation

Job Requirement 1.Bachelor's degree or higher; at least three years of analytics, business intelligence background 2.Excellent data processing and analytical skills, logical thinking, and implementation capabilities. 3.With strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
