Partner Sales Manager Germany (Manufacturing and Retail & Consumer Goods Focus)
Partner Sales Manager to join our growing sales team at EPAM. You will be responsible for driving revenue related to our Salesforce business by working closely with the internal Salesforce practice, EPAM Business Units, Partner Marketing, Alliances and Delivery, and serving as the first contact for commercial dialogues with Salesforce in your region.
You need to be outgoing, self‑motivated, and self‑propelled. You will proactively build your own pipeline through outbound activities with support from the EMEA Salesforce practice, EPAM Business Units, and sales leadership.
In this role, you will lead the origination of highly complex solutions for clients across various industries, work with industry leaders in the Salesforce ecosystem, and build/utilize your existing network within Salesforce (RVP’s & AE’s) and the wider ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Grow Salesforce business for EPAM in new and existing clients; work towards an individual sales quota with a corresponding commission plan.
- Drive all Salesforce‑related sales and marketing activities within your region/sectors and collaborate with peers across regions to share knowledge.
- Coordinate and oversee the preparation of business value propositions, sales plans, RFPs/RFQs/RFIs by serving as liaison to Business Units, sales, partner, and executive teams.
- Work with Salesforce to identify opportunities and joint target accounts.
- Coordinate with EPAM and partner teams regarding joint opportunities, including pipeline and forecast reviews.
- Educate and amplify EPAM’s capabilities, offerings, and success stories to Salesforce RVPs, AE, and Partner Managers to stimulate partner‑based lead referrals.
Requirements
- Relevant experience across the full sales life cycle, including originating and engaging prospects, orchestrating solution proposals with experts, and coordinating contract finalisation with Legal.
- Experience selling Salesforce services into Enterprise Organisations.
- Experience working with clients in Manufacturing and Retail & Consumer Goods, demonstrating industry challenges and solutions.
- Knowledge of other industries, including Automotive, Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, would be advantageous.
- Solutions selling skills and demonstrated success in developing and maintaining client and internal relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working within an SI structure would be advantageous.
- High energy level and ability to work independently.
- Ability to speak German at a fully fluent level; this is mandatory for this role.
