EPAM is looking for a Partner Sales Manager to join our growing sales organization in Germany, either in Berlin, Munich or Frankfurt, with a focus on the ServiceNow ecosystem. In this role you will be responsible for driving revenue growth related to EPAM’s ServiceNow-based consulting and delivery offerings by working closely with internal Consulting Delivery Marketing and Alliances teams as well as with ServiceNow.
Success in this role requires the ability to deliver results through strong relationships, influence and orchestration across multiple stakeholders. You will identify and originate ServiceNow opportunities through proactive market research, joint account planning with EPAM and ServiceNow sales teams.
You will act as primary coordinator for ServiceNow opportunities, bringing together clients, account managers, consultants, delivery leads and ServiceNow stakeholders. You will ensure alignment across all parties, define clear next steps, maintain momentum and guide multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver impactful ServiceNow solutions for clients.
