The role

Partner Success Specialist , part of the Parking Business Unit. You ensure seamless implementation of Arrive products and services by configuring, maintaining, and providing ongoing support. Reports directly to the local team leader in Germany.

Key responsibilities include:

Offering excellent operational support for new and existing partners.
Coordinating projects for implementation of core products and services according to customer specifications.
Managing configuration, release, and maintenance of central software solutions.
Quality assurance through testing and continuous improvement.
Ordering, checking, and rolling out signage.
Collaborating with sales, operations, marketing, and R&D stakeholders.
Actively managing orders and inquiries within the CRM system to ensure data quality.

Skills and competencies

Excellent customer relationship management skills and strong interest in helping customers.
Strong project management skills; proven experience desirable.
High technical understanding of system integration.
Good analytical skills to interpret data and recognize patterns.
Understanding strategic goals and deriving situationally appropriate measures.
Resilience and a positive attitude towards change.
Knowledge of XML or JSON desirable.
Familiarity with Google Suite an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator an advantage.

Your background

Experience in customer success or technical support for business customers in a SaaS company.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and fluent English; additional EU languages are an advantage.
Experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
Professional experience: 3+ years in similar roles.
