Responsibilities

• Acquisition and maintenance of partner relationships with system integrators, SAP consulting firms, and complementary technology providers.
• Development and implementation of partner strategies and programs that contribute to XITING’s growth.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing partners and increasing partner-generated revenue.
• Conducting regular business reviews, strategic planning, and goal-setting with partners.
• Coordinating internal resources: interface management with Education, Marketing, and Support to ensure efficient implementation of partner projects.
• Quality assurance: monitoring KPIs (e.g., revenue targets, partner satisfaction), initiating corrective measures when needed.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in partner management or similar sales structures, ideally in the SAP or IT security environment.
• Solid understanding of the SAP ecosystem and market dynamics in the SAP security space.
• Excellent communication skills: you’re confident and navigate all levels, internally and externally, with ease.
• Strong networking skills and a confident demeanor.
• Initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 30%).
• Proficiency in CRM systems and modern collaboration tools.
• A degree in a business-related field is ideal—but what matters most is your instinct for strategic partnerships and business development.
• You work in a structured manner with a strong focus on quality, take initiative, and bring true team spirit.
• Fluent in German and very good English skills.
