1. 负责欧洲区域第三方服务网点(Service Partners)的日常管理,确保其维修质量、流程合规性以及技术能力达到公司标准。 Manage daily operations of third-party service partners across Europe, ensuring service quality, process compliance, and technical capabilities meet company standards. 2. 监控并分析服务 KPI(维修时效、一次修复率、案件关闭率、备件使用率、客户满意度等),识别问题并推动改善。 Monitor and analyze service KPIs (turnaround time, first-fix rate, case closure rate, spare-parts usage, customer satisfaction, etc.) and drive continuous improvement. 3. 主动发现服务网点的痛点和风险点,提出可落地的优化方案,并协调各方推动执行。 Identify operational issues and risks, propose actionable improvement plans, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure implementation. 4. 协同总部 FAE、质量、备件团队以及区域 FAE,共同处理技术问题、质量问题与重大客户反馈。 Work closely with HQ FAE, Quality, Spare Parts teams, and regional FAE to resolve technical issues, quality concerns, and key customer escalations. 5. 定期对服务网点进行评估、审核与现场检查,并输出评估报告。 Conduct regular evaluations, audits, and on-site inspections of service partners and prepare performance reports. 6. 根据 FAE 提供的技术资料,支持服务网点开展基础技术培训,包括维修流程、使用培训、售后政策等内容。 Support service partners with basic technical training using materials provided by FAE, including repair workflow, usage guidance, and after-sales policy training. 7. 跟进服务政策的执行情况,确保服务流程统一、透明且可控。 Ensure consistent implementation of service policies and standardized operational procedures. 8. 参与新服务网点的筛选、导入、沟通与培训流程。 Participate in the selection, onboarding, communication, and training of new service partners. 9. 协助进行服务数据管理、日常运营分析并为管理层提供决策支持。 Support service data management, operational analysis, and provide insights for business decision-making.
Requirement: 1. 1–3 年售后服务、服务运营、渠道管理或第三方服务网点管理经验;有消费电子或智能设备行业经验更佳。 1–3 years of experience in aftersales service, service operations, channel service management, or third-party service partner management; experience in consumer electronics or smart devices is a plus. 2. 具备较强的自驱力、责任感和问题解决能力,能够独立推动项目。 Strong ownership, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive initiatives independently. 3. 具备基础技术理解能力,可快速学习产品结构与维修逻辑。 Basic technical understanding with the ability to learn product structure and repair logic quickly. 4. 具备良好的沟通能力、数据分析能力及跨部门协作能力。 Excellent communication skills, data analysis capability, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 5. 英语可作为工作语言;会德语或其他欧洲语言者优先。 English proficiency required; German or other European languages are a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications 1. 有服务 KPI 体系搭建及流程优化经验。 Experience in building KPI systems or optimizing service processes. 2. 有跨国服务合作伙伴管理经验。 Experience working with international service partners. 3. 有机器人、智能硬件或户外设备类产品经验。 Experience with robotics, smart devices, or outdoor equipment.
