Our mission:

• JUUZ Protein Soda is building a European performance beverage brand that establishes functional drinks as an essential part of everyday life. With protein soda as our growth platform.

• We create functional beverages that combine performance, everyday practicality, and great taste.

• Our goal is to provide consumers with simple, high-quality solutions for their daily performance needs.

• We are a small team (under 10 people) with big ambition, fast execution, and real ownership.

About you

As Partnership Manager, you will strategically build and scale our partnerships and event vertical to bring our brand to life and enhance our community. You will work directly with the founding team, manage budgets from day one, and have the long-term opportunity to build and lead your own team as the company grows.

Your responsibilites:

• Plan, organize, and execute brand events (fitness, lifestyle, community-driven)

• Manage and expand our influencer network

• Activate and manage our community

• Develop strategic brand partnerships Identify new sponsorship and collaboration opportunities Negotiate partnerships and manage allocated budgets

• Create innovative activation concepts around our brand

• Track performance and continuously optimize initiatives

What you bring

• Initial experience in sponsorships, partnerships, influencer marketing, or event management

• Completed degree or vocational training

• High drive and motivation to thrive in a startup environment

• Independent and structured working style
