Hello, we at AMBOSS are currently looking for a full‑time medical doctor to support our APAC Team. Have you used AMBOSS? Your goal would be to promote the growth of AMBOSS and help other physicians to make better decisions, save time and give more focus to what matters most: patient care. Your contributions will directly support our mission to equip residents and physicians in APAC with the best medical knowledge for delivering exceptional care. Your tasks

  • Strategic marketing planning: collaborate with the Team Lead to allocate time, effort, and resources effectively to meet regional market goals. Develop and execute localized marketing plans for the APAC region, working closely with cross‑functional teams to create strategies and content that resonate with residents and doctors.
  • Sales (B2C and B2B): own the design and execution of revenue‑driven strategies for non‑IMG and IMG markets. Close with institutional representatives, create and refine sales enablement materials, deliver impactful presentations, and support compelling institutional pitches.
  • Campaign management: partner with the Team Lead to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns tailored to your market audiences to generate leads, attract new paying customers, and drive product adoption. Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and refine strategies to optimize results.
  • Commercial partnerships: identify and establish strategic partnerships with residents' and young doctors' associations, professional organizations, clinical institutions, and other key stakeholders to drive revenue growth, attract users, and enhance market reach and brand awareness.
  • Roadshow operations management: take ownership of the internal technical and operational processes required to set up webinars and group discounts. Monitor, analyze, and report on the success of events conducted within the APAC region.

What you should bring with you

  • Medical background: a licensed medical degree from a country in APAC, ideally complemented by clinical experience.
  • Strong communication skills: excellent communication skills in English, ability to adapt language to persuade diverse stakeholders and present ideas clearly. A big plus if you have native‑equivalent level in local languages spoken in Malaysia / Singapore / the Philippines.
  • Deep understanding of the needs and pain points of physicians in training in APAC (residents and physicians).
  • Efficiently manage multiple parallel projects in a dynamic environment such as healthcare.
  • Enjoy networking and have a strong interest in relationship building in the healthcare sector.
  • Enthusiasm for digitalization: strong interest in digital solutions and their positive impact on medical education and everyday clinical practice.
