Description

The International Baptist Church Munich (IBCM) is an evangelical, English-speaking church located in Munich, Germany. Our vibrant congregation consists of around 100 people from over 20 nationalities, primarily working professionals and students.
Currently, we are prayerfully seeking a Pastor (full-time) with a shepherd’s heart. We are looking for a Pastor who will faithfully teach God’s inspired Word and spiritually guide our church family, with the aim of honoring Christ, edifying His people, and equipping them for service.
Given our multicultural and interdenominational environment, the ideal candidate should be familiar with the unique characteristics of an international community and demonstrate a clear calling to faithfully build and lead the Church.
Church’s Mission: Show God’s love, tell others about Jesus and teach them to love and follow Him.

Key Qualifications:
Seminary or other theological training.
Fluency in English is a must.
Previous ministry experience.
We are open to a pastor willing to commit to a long-term stay.

Compensation & Benefits: This will be a salaried position.
