Payroll Specialist – German Market

Ryanair is recruiting a Payroll Specialist to join Europe’s largest airline group. The successful candidate will be based in Munich and will manage German payroll processing. This role offers a chance to advance in a leading company as we expand to over 300 m guests and 800 aircraft within the next 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Overview of payroll processes in Germany, requiring knowledge of common payroll systems (RED, SILTRA, Contrat@, DELTA, SAP, etc.) and German tax and social security matters.
• Provide assistance in the adaptation of the company’s systems to ease the payroll process in Spain.
• Provide advice on compliance and respond to ad‑hoc queries.
• Interact with local providers and other departments.
• Handle daily administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of German payroll systems.
• 3+ years of experience in a payroll department.
• Excellent communication, oral and written skills.
• High proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English and German.
