PC Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to company employees – computers, peripheral equipment, and software
• Installation, maintenance, and updating of operating systems and applications
• Handling and resolving hardware and software issues
• Working with servers, backup systems, and communication networks
• Documenting issues and solutions in a service desk/ticketing system

Requirements

• PC Technician certification - (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, MCITP)
• At least two years of experience as a PC Technician
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and end-user equipment
• Extensive knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge and experience in networking – an advantage
• High level of service orientation
• Ability for self-learning and proactive mindset ("can-do attitude")
• Ability to work under pressure
