To maintain the relationship with our members and licensees, we use our customer service management (CSM) based on the SaaS platform PEGA, the use and further expansion of which contributes significantly to increasing customer satisfaction and digitization strategy. As a PEGA DevOps Engineer, you are the first point of contact for analyzing, documenting and ensuring the resolution of malfunctions that occur on the PEGA platform and other PEGA-specific tasks.
