Responsibilities

• You will support the proactive design and strategic orientation of personnel and organizational development in collaboration with managers, stakeholders and HR business partnering.
• You will ensure the success of employees and the company by managing projects in personnel and organizational development, guiding change processes and improving processes and tools with the help of AI and technical possibilities.
• Together with the team, you will develop tailor‑made global PE/OE programs and identify modern tools and methods that support the IONOS Group in continuously adapting to dynamic external conditions.
• You will advise the organization on measures along the talent management journey, such as succession planning, performance and development reviews, and the design of needs‑based learning using modern methods.
• You will implement tailor‑made global concepts for leadership development in coordination with the specialist departments.
• You will design and facilitate workshops to support change, team development, engagement and conflict resolution, and offer coaching support.

Qualifications

• You have a university degree in business administration (with a focus on human resources), psychology or business education and several years of professional experience in the field of human resources and organizational development.
• You have project experience in English and are confident in dealing with stakeholders.
• You have experience with modern and innovative human resources and organizational development processes and tools (e.g. change management, leadership development, team building, culture development, etc.).
• Your strong organizational skills motivate you to optimize and further develop processes and structures and to provide new impetus.
• You are technically savvy and willing to explore the possibilities of AI and enthusiastically integrate new tools into your daily business.
