Job Title: Performance Improvement Specialist

This role involves spearheading quality initiatives , developing and implementing processes to enhance efficiency, supporting the growth of warehouse teams by providing training activities that ensure our daily operations run smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and update comprehensive documentation including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for onboarding and basic operational training. Provide ongoing coaching in workplace procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of logistics practices (receiving, picking, packing, shipping), as well as some experience working with customer Key Performance Indicators or SLA monitoring would be advantageous.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field desirable but not mandatory;
• Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels within an organization;
