Performance Manager (m/w/d) FAL Quality A320 - AIRBUS

Join Airbus as a Performance Manager (m/f/d) in the Quality Department for the Final Assembly Line in Hamburg. You will be part of the Project & Performance Team and work very closely with all managers of the Quality organization. The focus of the position will be on Performance Management.

• Support the setup of the Performance, Resources and Budget Management for the Quality
• Department and participate in planning and strategy discussions in order to organize the activitiesof the department in the next few years
• Organize and lead regular review meetings (e.g. Department Performance; PDCA-review,Plan-Do-Check-Adapt)
• Prepare and review targets for Quality FAL Hamburg in Hoshin Kanri and KPI Tree approach
• Manage the monthly performance cascade
• Create business cases for internal projects

Your qualifications:

• A completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, International Management, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, project management, and process improvement
• Good knowledge of Lean Management and Project Management
• Basic knowledge of KAIZEN
• Knowledge of detailed functions in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
• Business-fluent in German and English
• Experience with BI tools is a plus
• Passion for flexible thinking: from abstract to detail and vice versa
• Speak up: open-minded to approach stakeholders of different levels and not afraid to highlighttopics
• Stakeholder Management: Like to work with different functions, levels and exchange aboutsolutions
• Affinity to connect the dots: translation from practical work into data points for managementpresentations
• Presentation skills are highly appreciated
