to take full ownership of its digital lead generation engine across the DACH market. This role is for someone who wants real responsibility and measurable business impact. You will own the complete performance funnel end to end, from paid acquisition and landing pages to tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization.
You are responsible for building, operating, and scaling a high performing inbound lead generation setup. Marketing spend, lead volume, lead quality, and efficiency are fully within your ownership. This is not a support role and not a campaign admin position. Your work directly drives pipeline and revenue.
Your Responsibilities Own and scale all paid marketing channels including Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads Build and run always on lead generation funnels Focus on lead volume, lead quality, and cost efficiency Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, hooks, and copy using Canva and AI tools Run systematic A/B testing across creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages Manage budgets, pacing, and performance optimization Work closely with Website and SEO on conversion rate optimization Build and maintain clean tracking and attribution using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and
HubSpot Create clear dashboards and reports covering CPL, CAC, ROI, and lead quality Collaborate closely with Sales to continuously improve lead quality Document learnings and turn insights into concrete actions
Your Profile Around 5 or more years of experience in performance or online marketing Strong hands on experience in paid social and search lead generation Deep understanding of funnels, conversion logic, and performance KPIs Confident working with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot Able to independently create and test creatives using Canva and AI tools Structured, data driven, and ownership oriented mindset Clear and fact based communicator Fluent German and English at C1 level or higher
