Your daily pitch

You play a crucial role in our success in leading and optimizing performance marketing across digital channels. You make data-driven decisions, ensure best-in class PPC execution and a seamless user journey.

Your playing field

• Monitor, analyze and maximize our return on acquisition, retention, and value metrics across all our digital channels.
• Execute pay-per-click and paid social campaigns across multiple platform always.
• Leverage campaign structure, bidding strategies, and ad account configuration to maximize our results.
• Analyze and oversee the implementation of pixels, tags, and event tracking to ensure accuracy and reliable attribution and campaign optimization.
• Work with internal team, improve processes and user journeys using modern tools to enhance performance, engagement and conversion rates.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Qualification. You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Digital) Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field and/or a similar qualification.
• Experience. 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a passion for sports and/or sports betting industry.
• German Speaking. You're fluency in German ensures your ability to engage with our target audience and communicate effectively.
• Digital Marketing Expertise. Strong understanding and operational capabilities in PPC, SEM, and social media marketing channels.
• Analytical Mindset. Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Organizational Skills. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong Work Ethic. Willing to go the extra mile to achieve success.
• Collaborative Attitude. Work effectively within cross-functional teams.
