  Performance Marketing ManagerLocation: Any UK or EU Gateway attraction / officeHours: 37.5 hours per weekContract Type: Permanent, salaried We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to support the GTM Director in delivering targeted paid media strategies across our brands and attractions. You will manage and optimise campaigns across PPC, Meta, display, and programmatic advertising, driving traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will plan, execute, and refine campaigns that deliver measurable results. You will assist in implementing paid media strategies, manage budgets and bids, and oversee campaign planning with agencies. Monitoring and reporting on performance, you will provide insights to optimise CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS, lead A/B testing, and refine ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages. Collaboration is key, working with SEO/GEO, social, content, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with objectives and brand guidelines.
