About our Ecommerce Management Team

We help our clients expand their business and geographic scope with guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail,optimizingconversion on all major platforms.

Our Advertising team is currently looking for a motivatedPerformance Marketing Manager Amazon -SpanishSpeaking (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business.The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.

How would you spend your time if you join us?

• You take over responsibility for all Amazon Marketing activities (in particular SponsoredAds, DSP, AMG) of existing and future customers
• You are operationally responsible for design, planning, steering,monitoring,optimizingand reportingSponsored Ads campaigns according to defined performance goals
• You develop campaign strategies for existing and new customers based on their respective business goals together with your team members
• You supportthe unitandoptimizethe quality of campaign management by constantly improving and further developing processes, tools, reports, etc.
• You will have the opportunity for career advancement, potentially stepping into leadership roles and guiding strategic initiatives within the team

Who Are You?

• You are a self-motivated person, eager to learn and to expand your ownknow-howdaily
• You have at least 1-3 years of professional experience andexpertisein online and performance marketing
• You have strong knowledge and experience in Amazon Marketing Services (Advertising Console), preferably including DSP, AMG, and practicalexpertisein Amazon SEO
• You havevery goodExcel skills and for instance PivotTables are not new to you
• You are highly analytical andpossessa good technical understanding as well as quality and solution orientation
• Youpossessstrong communicationskills with customers and the ability to convey complex concepts in an easily understandable manner
• You show self-initiative andare able toprioritize tasks independently
• You have an excellent knowledge ofSpanish ,and you are fluent in English
