Picnic is looking for a native‑German speaking Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in running App campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of hands‑on experience in driving user acquisition strategies, optimizing campaigns and achieving measurable results. This role requires frequent travelling to our office in Dusseldorf, Germany to ensure tight collaboration with local operations.

Tricks of the trade

• Run campaigns: Developing and implementing robust campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok and other channels to drive both brand awareness and user acquisition.
• Analyze campaign performance: Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using tools like Adjust and Tableau to optimize results.
• Tight collaboration: Working with our creative team to develop engaging ad content.
• Learn and grow: Keeping up with industry trends and learning best practices in mobile growth marketing.

Your superpowers

• MSc. degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience, preferably in the mobile industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of the retail and media industries in Germany.
• Proven track record of successfully driving user acquisition and meeting KPI targets.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (such as Adjust and Tableau) to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Native German speaker and willing to travel to Dusseldorf at least once a month.
