This position sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. ABB is entering an exciting new chapter with SoftBank Group’s acquisition of ABB Robotics. As part of this pioneering team, you will work alongside world‑class experts in a fast‑moving, innovation‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and governance of global and local employee benefits strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals, HR strategy, and total rewards philosophy.
• Oversee end‑to‑end administration of benefits policies, partnering with local HR teams and HR Services for effective execution.
• Manage relationships with global and regional brokers, vendors, and third‑party administrators, including contracts.
• Drive continuous improvement of the benefits portfolio through benchmarking, market analysis, and opportunities for automation and simplification.
• Provide expert consultation to HR and business leaders, serve as HRIS process owner for the area, and lead benefits‑related communications, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing global benefits programs, with exposure to U.S. and Canadian benefit landscapes.
• Deep knowledge of benefits strategy, governance, vendor management, and compliance – at least five years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse geographies; able to work independently in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Experience with benefits administration platforms.
• Flexibility to support other Performance & Reward activities, with adaptability, innovation, and strong collaboration skills.
