ABOUT YOUR ROLE

POTENTENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on your background and interests, your role could include:

• Working on consulting projects or workstreams in areas such as Global Health, Advocacy and Resource Mobilization, Climate Adaptation, Development Finance, Education and Gender Equality or the nexuses of these areas
• Conducting research and analysis to support evidence-based decision-making
• Engaging with clients and stakeholders across sectors to co-create tailored solutions, for example by preparing meeting materials
• Supporting business development activities, proposal writing, and helpexpanding our network of partners and clients
• Contributing to the development of innovative products and services
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering knowledge sharing

ABOUT YOU

WE WELCOME APPLICATIONS FROM CANDIDATES WHO:

• Are passionate about social impact and sustainable development
• Hold a masterdegree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, international relations, economics, global health,public policy)
• Have professional experience in consulting, research, project management, or related areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data effectively.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with statistical software is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced international environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
• Are fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
