Personal Financial Consultant

How you succeed

It starts with understanding the needs and desires of our customers. You will build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and provide tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their goals. By being proactive, responsive, and customer‑focused, you’ll drive sales growth, expand your network, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What you do

  • Manage a portfolio of high‑value customers, building relationships and identifying opportunities to grow their wealth
  • Provide expert advice on investment, insurance, and banking products, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand your customer base
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences and resolve issues promptly
  • Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to maintain your expertise

Who you are

  • A degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Proven sales and relationship‑building skills, with a track record of achieving targets and growing customer relationships
  • Strong product knowledge, with the ability to provide expert advice on investment, insurance, and banking products
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
