To support our team we are searching for a Personal Shopping Return Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.

Your Responsibilities

• Process all incoming Personal Shopping customer returns efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor return shipments to ensure timely receipt and resolution.
• Manage support tickets, ensuring timely communication and resolution of return-related queries.
• Record and document all problem cases with clear and comprehensive notes.
• Ensure all return activities are documented clearly in our systems and align with internal quality standards.
• Assist with root cause analysis for stock discrepancies and returns-related issues.
• Investigate and resolve stock variances and inventory queries.

Your Qualifications

• Completed training in logistics or a commercial field.
• Experience in warehouse operations, including returns processing.
• Familiarity with luxury goods handling is a plus.
• Confident in using MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems (NAV) is essential.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic work environment and bring a self-reliant, structured, and responsible working style.
• Flexibility and a hands-on mentality.
