Personnel planner (m/f/d) in the railway sector – Germany

We are a railway company specializing in freight transport and are looking for a reliable and structured individual to strengthen our team for the position of Human Resources Planner (m/f/d) in Germany .

Activities

• Responsibility for personnel planning of the company's staff
• Creation of deployment plans taking into account legal and internal requirements.
• Ensuring efficient and resource-saving personnel deployment planning
• Ongoing adaptation and updating of deployment plans
• Monitoring compliance with labor law and collective bargaining agreements
• Close collaboration with the HR department (recruiting, personnel development)
• Analysis of personnel key performance indicators and derivation of optimization measures

Requirements

• Completed vocational training (journeyman's examination/Chamber of Industry and Commerce/Chamber of Skilled Crafts qualification, high school diploma, university degree)
• Several years of professional experience in personnel planning, ideally in the railway sector
• Very good knowledge of labor law frameworks
• Excellent organizational skills and analytical thinking abilities
• High reliability, sense of responsibility and independent working style
• Teamwork skills and strong communication skills
• Willingness to work occasionally outside of regular office hours (e.g., in case of short-notice changes to the plan)
• readiness for further training
• Driver's license B
• Excellent German, both spoken and written.
• Confident handling of MS Office
