• Strong understanding of Europe / Germany LS commercial market access dynamics, contract & pricing methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Good experience working with Model N (Commercial systems, Rebate & Regulatory) specific to Europe LS – Commercial landscape.
• Model N RM / Revitas Flex Product / FBK or Cube RM Experience
• Sound Knowledge of Chargebacks, Rebates, Contracts, Products, Customers, and Membership modules
• Strong hands on / exposure to Market access landscape of Europe and good understanding of commercial and regulatory process being followed in Europe pharma domain.
• Ability to understand business requirements and execute / lead upgrades, enhancements and provide solutions to business problems.
• Sound knowledge of domain and transactional data elements input for regulatory calculations
• Reporting experience- Reconciliation reports, calculation reports (analysis, summary detailed, component, submission)
• Hands-on on business requirements gathering and analysis. Able to conduct customer workshops for requirement clarifications.
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server & SQL
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of business protocol, time management, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to “think on his / her feet” and suggest alternatives and solutions.

Good to have

• Experience working with multiple Life Sciences customers across Europe region
• Exposure to Business Analyst kind of roles
• Experience working with high-end technology product development environment.
