Photonics Sales Manager

Leading start up company working on the development of innovative laser based technologies and solutions for industry and research.

Responsibilities:

• Drive lead generation and qualification, effectively managing the sales funnel to secure new business for laser and PIC product portfolio.
• Built and nurture long-term customer relationships while actively pursuing new market opportunities.
• Design and execute targeted marketing strategies, producing high-quality collateral including application notes, datasheets, and pitch presentations.
• Be the representative at global trade shows, conferences, and symposia, strengthening brand visibility and forging strategic partnerships.
• Analyse market trends and emerging opportunities within photonics and laser technology to guide business development efforts.

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in international business development, marketing, and sales of high-tech products, in the photonics, laser, or optics industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility, including attendance at international events.
• Fluent in English (C1 level or native) and at least good knowledge of German (B1 level).
