Your Responsibilities

• Participate in the application lifecycle of Cardmarket's website family

• Design and implement new modules and features

• Maintain and improve existing modules and features

• Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces that align with UX/UI best practices

• Contribute to improve team's processes through retrospectives

Your profile

• A finished study, vocational training, or apprenticeship in software development, programming or similar experience
• 3+ years Experience in web application development with PHP
• Strong knowledge of frontend development essentials (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript/ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with React
• Familiarity with MVC architectural pattern
• Understanding of REST APIs for frontend/backend communication
• Knowledge in using version control (GitLab)

• Knowledge of these is a plus

• Bootstrap

• Docker, CI/CD

• Testing (PHPUnit)

• Fluent in English – verbal and written

• Enjoyment for website applications and interest in modern digital topics
• The capability of working independently and carefully as well as together with a team, paired with a problem-solving attitude
• Creativity, flexibility, quick thinking, and the capability of working in an agile team, experience in working with Scrum is a plus
• Presence in Berlin is required
