Physician/ Medical Specialist

YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated physician to join our team.Floy is supporting radiologists by boosting their diagnostics efforts with unconventional AI products focused on overlooked diseases. You will lead a fast-paced scientific team tasked to develop innovative algorithms to solve unexplored radiological diagnostics problems. Your work determines the effect our products have on radiologists' decisions and their impact on patient life.

The goal is to push beyond the boundaries of the typically researched medical problems and build state-of-the-art models that provide a tangible benefit to real-world patients. Together with a technical lead you own the model development from inception to clinical release. Where applicable, patents and publications in leading conferences/journals are encouraged.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define product vision, roadmap, and goals aligned with company objectives and market needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, regulatory, and clinical backgrounds, to define product requirements and specifications.
• Oversee the development of product features, user interface, and integration with existing radiology workflows.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to drive continuous product enhancements, working in direct contact with customers and diverse stakeholders to ensure product-market fit.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including FDA, CE, and other relevant guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing & operations team to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor product performance, user satisfaction, and key metrics to identify areas for improvement.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Completion of specialist medical training (Facharzt) in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
• Passion for innovation and improving patient care through advanced technology solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in the German language. Particularly from a medical perspective.

Good-to-have:

• Independent and autonomous work style.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
• Good communication skills to facilitate seamless collaboration with colleagues from diverse disciplines.
