Your profile
Completed degree in a technical or scientific field
Practical experience in working with laser systems
Ideally, expertise in several common applications of ultrashort laser pulses
High level of teamwork, resilience, and empathy
Strong analytical and strategic skills
Hands‑on mentality
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a high‑tech or industrial environment
Proven track record in leading and developing teams
Confident use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage)
Willingness to travel (20–30%)
Your mission
Strategic and operational management of the department; disciplinary and professional leadership of the sales team
Further development, organization, and control of the assigned department and its related processes
Consistent advancement of the sales strategy and development of new sales markets
Responsibility for revenue and growth targets in national and international markets
Identification of new potential customers as well as the creation and execution of acquisition strategies
Building and maintaining long‑term relationships with prospects, customers, and international distributors
Preparation of quotations and offers
Handling of complex tender and bidding processes
Participation in national and international trade fairs, professional conferences, and technology meetings
Preparation and analysis of sales‑related statistics
Preparation, execution, and follow‑up of internal sales strategy meetings
Networking and collaboration within the corporate group
Participation in annual internal technology meetings
Close cooperation with Key Account Management, Marketing, Customer Relations, and Executive Management
