Piping Prefabrication Supervisor (m/f/d) – Germany/Poland

We are currently seeking, on behalf of our client, an experienced Piping Prefabrication Supervisor (m/f/d) to support an international industrial project.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising piping prefabrication activities in Poland and supporting installation-related coordination on site in Germany. You will ensure that all works are executed in full compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, technical specifications, and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise piping prefabrication activities in subcontractors’ workshops in Poland
• Support piping installation and coordination activities on site in Germany
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and HSE requirements
• Review and validate method statements and discipline-related documentation
• Monitor inspections and testing in line with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
• Coordinate subcontractors and resolve technical issues
• Track progress and ensure alignment with project schedule

Profile:

• Proven experience in piping prefabrication supervision within industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of HSE, QA/QC procedures, and inspection and test plans
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating workshop and site activities
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Fluent in English (German or Polish is a plus)
• Valid work permit for Germany or the European Union required

Location: Poland (prefabrication phase) and Germany (site coordination phase)
