**Privacy Preference Center:**Planner page is loaded## Plannerremote type: Onsitelocations: Zhangjiagang,Chinatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR # **Your Role****Job Summary:**工厂计划员是工厂生产运营的核心职能，需基于化工行业生产特性制定并落地生产周计划，日计划。该岗位需紧密联动销售、客服，采购、仓储、生产等部门，精准平衡订单需求、原料供应、设备产能与安全合规要求，通过动态追踪生产进度、优化资源配置（含人力、设备、物料），确保按质、按量、按期交付，同时提升库存周转率，支撑工厂达成成本控制与高效运营目标。**Duties and Responsibilities: -*** 成品计划：根据订单，预测安排工厂成品排产计划，满足前端需求。有计划缺口，及时提出并协调解决。* 原料计划：根据成品计划，执行对应原料计划。 与采购部对接，确保原料按时到厂。* 库存管理：定期review 工厂呆滞库存，安全库存设定，确保工厂库存周转率健康。* S&OP 会议：协助经理组织S&OP会议，提前准备S&OP相关资料，包括工厂产能分析及瓶颈识别* 数据管理： 定期通过SAP，追踪相应数据，包括得率，计划执行率，呆滞库存，物料masterdata等数据**Education** : Bachelor Degree in related field (biochemistry, biopharma, pharma, life sciences). **Experience**:* 必须有SAP MM&PP 模块操作经验* 有多批次小批量高频率切换的计划排产经验* 有化工背景，有在工厂办公经历 Brenntag provides equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and employees of all backgrounds and identities to create a workplace where difference is valued because it forms a resilient and more innovative organization.
